Our History Founded in 2004, Fantastic Investments is a C.C. which specializes in the Sales and Letting of Properties.
We have agents at present who specialize in the Stellenbosch, Tableview, Parklands, Flamingo Vlei, Blaauwbergand surrounding areas. We are expanding our portfolio to include the Claremont and Milnerton areas.
We also have a large Rental portfolio comprising of around 180 properties which we at present manage on behalf of our clients and strive towards only selecting the best tenants for our properties at the most competitive prices.
Below you will find our complete commission structure:
Sales: 6% + vat
Managed Rentals: 10% + vat (Monthly)
Non-Managed Rentals: 7% + vat (Once off calculated according to the value of the lease)
Furnished Managed Rentals: 15% + vat (Monthly)
Furnished Non-Managed Rentals: 8% + vat (Once off calculated according to the value of the lease)
We also belong to TPN which is a screening of all clients. We do thorough checks on all potential clients before we consider renting to them which include checks with previous and current landlords and checks with previous and current place of employment.
We can upload your property onto our website and also to South Africa's major property portals to get it in front of as many potential buyers as possible.
